Java
Web Server
The Webserver-project aims to build a robust and fast HTTP server which supports easy administration and rapid development of stunning web applications. This article gives a brief introduction to the concepts behind that server and shows how simple examples can be implemented using it’s service interfaces. The underlying framework makes heavy use of the Content Framework also published on this site.
Inspection Framework: Introduction
The inspection framework enables the developer to inspect any type of structure. To accomplish that, the core framework provides some interfaces which may be extended in a similar fashion for each structure-type that is implemented.
Eclipse Update Sites
At the moment, this website features two update sites for Eclipse: A public one and a private one. They can be accessed via
- http://update.trense.info/public and
- https://update.trense.info/restricted
Please note that you must have a valid account to access the private update site. If you are interested in helping me with any project please have a look at Participate.
Eclipse Advanced Forms
Newer releases of Eclipse RCP contain a powerful package to develop form based applications: Eclipse Forms. Although being quite mature this framework’s usefulness suffers from many inconvenient concepts (Marco van Meegen outlined some of these). The Advanced Forms project aims to overcome these limitations.
Advanced Forms is a framework which tries to ease the development and use of form-based editors within any Eclipse-based application.
