The Webserver-project aims to build a robust and fast HTTP server which supports easy administration and rapid development of stunning web applications. This article gives a brief introduction to the concepts behind that server and shows how simple examples can be implemented using it’s service interfaces. The underlying framework makes heavy use of the Content Framework also published on this site.

Inspection Framework

The Inspection Framework provides the ability to traverse any given structure using a slightly modified visitor-pattern.

• Introduction

The inspection framework enables the developer to inspect any type of structure. To accomplish that, the core framework provides some interfaces which may be extended in a similar fashion for each structure-type that is implemented.

Font Viewer
The Eclipse Font Viewer is a small tool to view all fonts that are available to the Eclipse UI. This typically includes the standard fonts of the Java VM as well as fonts individually installed in the hosting display manager.

Newer releases of Eclipse RCP contain a powerful package to develop form based applications: Eclipse Forms. Although being quite mature this framework’s usefulness suffers from many inconvenient concepts (Marco van Meegen outlined some of these). The Advanced Forms project aims to overcome these limitations.

Advanced Forms is a framework which tries to ease the development and use of form-based editors within any Eclipse-based application.
